ServiceDevelopment application and construction certificate design documentation.

JQZ is undertaking a residential development to provide 513 apartments and 20 townhouses on a site fronting Rocky Point Road in Kogarah. The site was formerly home to the Darrell Lea factory, and the project involved developing a new internal-access public road to be handed to Bayside Council. The project also involved the reconstruction of Production Lane to the rear of the development, and a new signalised intersection with Rocky Point Road.

AT&L developed the road alignments and concepts and helped negotiate road capacity and streetscape design with the council. In addition, we designed the road pavement and on-site detention systems and co-ordinated the installation of all utility infrastructure to the site. We documented the civil works development application, and public domain and construction certificate documentation for the project. We also designed the signalised intersection and obtained all approvals for construction under an RMS Works Authorisation Deed.
