This is a residential subdivision consisting of 141 low-density residential lots, two future high-density residential lots and 25,000 m2 of open space. AT&L was engaged to carry out an Existing Servicing study and liaise with service authorities to determine service constraints and the location of existing services, bulk earthworks and road grading, as well as stormwater design, on-site detention and water quality.

The site is located within the Pemulwuy South land release, which is known for its steep topography and protected tree species. We developed an earthworks strategy that significantly reduced the construction costs of the project whilst maintaining the environmental balance of the precinct.
