Paradise Garden development is located within the Bayside suburb of Thornlands. The 7,750sqm retail centre will include a full-line supermarket, specialty stores, service station, medical centre, family friendly tavern and a number of alfresco dining options, in addition to a 1.4ha neighbouring parkland for community use.

AT&L was heavily involved in the development application and planning phase of the project which saw a 6-month approval from Redland City Council. An compliance works application is now being prepared including the design of earthworks, internal roads and drainage, external intersection design, Section 33 TMR approval for access from Boundary Road, stormwater basin design and external lead in sewer.

We are also coordinating the utilities and services from other consultants and will go on to oversee civil works construction of the project.
