Meriton - Dexus Precinct
The Dexus Precinct in Rosebery is a proposed mixed-use development comprising residential, commercial and retail uses, underground carparks and new road infrastructure separated over four stages.
AT&L was engaged to determine service constraints and the location of existing services. We were also responsible for reviewing the existing stormwater drainage and preparing design drawings for the infrastructure, public domain works, on-site detention and water sensitive urban design requirements, as well as the concept design for Confectioners Way.
Through discussion with various authorities, such as Sydney Water, Ausgrid and the City of Sydney, approvals were obtained for the infrastructure works associated with the development.
The site is within a known flood-prone area so, in conjunction with the flooding consultant, we developed a solution that did not adversely affect the surrounding environment and the overall amenity of the precinct.
AT&L's Scope Included
- Masterplanning
- On Site Detention Design
- Infrastructure concept design
- Public Domain documentation
- Water Sensitive Urban Design
