LEADERSHIP TEAM
Having spent 29 years working in civil engineering and development fields, Anthony has contributed to a wide range of projects, from major brownfield remediation at Homebush Bay, to major motorway design and significant residential and industrial subdivision design throughout Sydney. In addition to his design experience, management of key infrastructure projects and authority processes within Sydney and Brisbane have been key to the success of the company.
Anthony’s experience, along with his tertiary qualification in civil engineering allows for practical, cost-effective design and construction solutions that position AT&L as expert consultants at the forefront in civil engineering design and project management.
Having managed a diverse range of projects, including large multi-staged urban renewal developments, commercial and residential CBD high-rise projects, and civic mixed-use developments, his knowledge runs deep, as does his ability to achieve outstanding outcomes for all stakeholders.
Paul’s project exposure has been from both the client and the delivery partner sides of the development process. His broad knowledge and experience, his ability to see the big picture and his attention to detail means AT&L clients can rest easy knowing their projects are in good hands. He has oversight for the processes and operations of AT&L and gives purpose and direction to the team that he leads. The end result for clients is that AT&L achieves more than others might expect.
Today, at AT&L, Andrew applies his detailed knowledge of bulk earthworks, stormwater design, retaining walls, road works, utilities design for infrastructure works and superintendency and construction supervision across client projects. He has particularly strong technical capabilities in stormwater drainage design, including the implementation of water sensitive urban design (WSUD), which he uses to the advantage of clients.
Today, she brings this wealth of knowledge to AT&L, delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting and forecasting, overseeing several operational functions and heading the strategic planning process. In addition, Belinda engages and collaborates with state and divisional leadership to support the company’s ongoing growth and high performance.
Critically, Heidi plays an instrumental role in cultivating AT&L’s supportive, collaborative and inclusive culture, which aligns with the company’s values. Dedicated to growth and development, she is an advocate for diversity and trained mental health first-aider.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTORS
Prior to AT&L, he worked as Project Services Manager at Central Coast Road and Maritime Services (RMS). He led the design development and construction management of major road and intersection upgrades, including the Pacific Highway (Tuggerah), Central Coast Highway (Stage 1 and 2) and Avoca Drive, ensuring they were managed within time, cost, safety, environmental and quality targets, and to community expectations.
At AT&L, Peter applies his outstanding skills in risk management, client communication, team leadership, contract management and his knowledge of road design and construction.
He is skilled in preparing TfNSW road and bridgeworks contract documentation, and assists on TfNSW projects in workshop facilitation and reporting on constructability, risk and health and safety in design (HSiD). He manages approvals and has established relationships with TfNSW personnel working in the land assessment division. He also applies his strong knowledge of the TfNSW works authorised deed process to guide developers and gain design and construction approvals. In addition, Peter manages the project verification of developer works as required by the TfNSW works authorised deed.
He has been responsible for the project management delivery (preparation and management of tenders) and superintendency for a number of parks, ovals and other open spaces located at Ropes Crossing and Jordan Springs Estate (both Lendlease projects), while also managing the design delivery of the 280 Garfield Road East residential subdivision. Dane has managed the design and approval of other infrastructure projects, including road and intersection upgrade works within Western Sydney.
Dane has worked in a range of different roles – Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Tender Manager and Financial Officer (budgetary management) – all of which have provided him with a solid foundation for his civil engineering and project management responsibilities at AT&L.
Dane also has experience in civil engineering design, utility design and coordination, approvals management, Transport for NSW (TfNSW) works including Works Authorisation Deeds (WAD), water sensitive urban design (WSUD) and associated MUSIC modelling. His knowledge and experience make him a key asset in any role on any project.
Carlo is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years’ experience creating comprehensive designs and has managed civil infrastructure works across Australia. His broad-based background spans major infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial projects as well as aged care, health, sports, educational facilities, and governmental institutions. His in-depth knowledge and experience in the design and construction of earthworks, stormwater drainage and WSUD, roads and pavements enable him to come up with creative and cost-effective solutions to complex civil engineering problems. Carlo’s point of difference is his extensive experience in complex developments, re-developing sites in highly urbanised locations as well as heritage, environmentally and archaeologically sensitive sites. His collaborative nature is well suited to these types of projects that require extensive coordination with various stakeholders and disciplines. A focus on in-depth critical analysis and upfront planning is central to Carlo’s service offering. He can deliver appropriate and effective solutions during the initial stages, resulting in time and cost efficiencies for the project. |
Graham has a thorough understanding of design standards including Australian Standards, Austroads publications and Council Design Guidelines. He has extensive experience in the application of these design standards in preparing concept and detailed designs.
Graham specialises in urban road design, Transport for NSW (TfNSW) intersection and roundabout design, stormwater drainage design and land development for residential and industrial subdivisions.
Most recently Josh has used his expertise to deliver industrial, residential and transport projects from initial concept design and master planning to detailed design through to construction for AT&L’s clients.
At AT&L, Josh also manages the design, delivery and quality of documentation for projects and ensures clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-efficient manner, while providing a sound and sustainable design.Josh has extensive background in urban road design, local and State Government approval processes as well as an in-depth understanding of design standards including Austroads, TfNSW Road Design, Australian Standards and Council Design Guidelines.
At AT&L, Glen is responsible for the management and design of civil engineering projects for a number of high-profile developers and local government authorities. His design and project management experience comes to the fore as he works across these projects, as does his experience in roadworks and infrastructure design, stormwater design, on-site detention and water sensitive urban design (WSUD) and bulk earthworks design.
Glen has also worked on high-density residential developments for Meriton and Dyldam, low-density residential developments for Revelop Projects, industrial developments for Goodman Group and Dexus Property and Seniors Living Developments for Gateway Lifestyle.
ASSOCIATES & TEAM LEADERS
Nicholas prides himself on developing positive working relationships with both the Developer and within Sydney Water to achieve the best outcome for all stakeholders, meeting programme and budget.
At AT&L, Michael applies his knowledge of civil engineering construction and quality management across all client projects, along with his strong technical skills, making him a valuable addition to any project. He currently manages a team of engineers and designers in the areas of land development, residential and commercial development, as well as holds Superintendent and TfNSW Project Verifier roles during construction.
Most recently, Michael has supervised the construction of the Renewing Homebush Bay project in Rhodes, Sydney, and multiple residential developments for Meriton Apartments. He has also designed trunk drainage, on-site detention and water quality systems for road and land development projects throughout the greater Sydney region.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structures) and is a member of the Institute of Engineers of Australia.
The majority of Tim’s career has been in water-related engineering disciplines, in particular urban stormwater management. He started his career in water supply and wastewater planning and design, before moving to urban infrastructure with a focus on stormwater management (quantity and quality) and Water Sensitive Urban Design.
Tim’s role at AT&L as a Senior Drainage Engineer has allowed him to consolidate and strengthen his skills in urban stormwater drainage design. Tim has taken a lead role in the design of stormwater drainage and water sensitive urban design measures across several large-format industrial estates in the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, and is at the forefront of developing strategies to satisfy stormwater flow controls – a relatively new concept in urban stormwater drainage in Sydney.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) from the University of Technology Sydney. Tim is also a Member of Engineers Australia, a Chartered Professional Engineer (Civil and Environmental) and is registered on the National Engineering Register.
Paul also has undertaken a variety of roles within other AT&L projects including;
- RMS WAD works construction superintendence;
- Construction superintendence
- Contract Administration;
- Tender preparation, management and contract award;
- Constructability and risk management workshop facilitation;
- Involvement in civil design and design management.
A qualified Civil Engineer, Kunjan is able to provide a consistent, professional approach to his role, with his key ability being able to manage multiple projects, while driving them from conception to completion within given time, cost and quality criteria. He possesses a strong work ethic, is Client focused and provides a proactive/problem solving approach to the day to day challenges experienced on projects. Kunjan is charged with assisting in the administration and continued growth of the AT&L business in Victoria.
With over five years’ experience as a Water Servicing Coordinator and 16 years in infrastructure design in general, Samantha brings an overall skill set to AT&L’s Water Services team. Samantha prides herself on her attention to detail as well as understanding the wider implications of a project.
Today, at AT&L, Adam applies his detailed knowledge of urban design principles, contract administration and superintendency to his client’s projects. He has particularly strong technical capabilities in the areas of conceptual & detailed site gradings, bulk earthworks, road design and stormwater drainage design which he uses to the advantage of clients.
Adam’s recent projects include the design of aged care developments in Toowoomba, coordination and design of infrastructure upgrade works for health care and educational facilities in Brisbane & coordination and design of master planned residential communities in both Lennox Head and Greenbank.
