The Newmarket Green development involves the construction of a new retail plaza plus approximately 650 apartments, terrace houses, townhouses and a new public park in Randwick.  The total site is approximately 5 hectares and the works also involve the construction of new roads (to be dedicated to the council) and the upgrade of existing infrastructure assets.

The site was previously home to the Inglis Horse Stables, with a number of buildings heritage listed, which required an additional degree of care. AT&L designed the earthworks for the site, as well as undertook the road and pavements design. We also oversaw the installation of utilities and helped to prepare flood modelling.
